I think it would be pretty difficult to draw any conclusions about Rosen from the results at UCLA. There were so many issues that were outside of his control. The problems there weren't him, no matter what his pluses and minuses are/were. He played on some teams that were very limited in many ways. His talents, to whatever extent he has them, would never be enough to overcome the other issues.
