Vanessa Fraser with a fantastic 5,000
Grad Jessica Tonn with a of immense proportions 10K
The 1500 produced about 6 PRs for Stanford men and women
The Pac 12 Multis begin Saturday at Stanford
Here's the latest women's formchart via Track & Field News:

While Oregon is the lede, this shows Stanford @ #5 based on strong placings in the field events, and Fraser in the 5K. Better still, this shows no (oops, 1) points in the 1500 where both Aragorn and Cranny are rounding into form in a very competitive field in the 4:10-4:15 range with no clear national favorite. Christina's and Elise's times from the PJ meet should qualify them for the NCAA West Regionals, so Pac12 meet will likely be about winning and not running season bests. Should be a heck of a meet!
