Well it's nowhere near the Pacific, and Indiana's flat as a pancake, so I think we're going to need to redefine speed bumps to qualify as mountains for IU to fit within the "Mountain Pacific Sports Federation." But good for them and for the conference, though the away games at IU will be quite a trip, since last time I checked, there's only one direct flight anywhere in the Bay Area from SFO to Indianapolis, and then it's another hour+ to Bloomington.

Perhaps they should rename it the Midwest Pacific Sports Federation.
