With all due respect, today I don't need no further news. Knowing that we've made it through Death Valley where it seemed only crickets, rumors, and opinions on Giants baseball dominated...we will soon have some real news about real Stanford football. Not there quite yet, but this time I think that shimmery thing off in the distance is real, not a mirage. It's morning back here in CST (OK, CDT). Think I'll pop a beer.
