for what it's worth, there's been a lot of action on Notre Dame since the opening line came out.  the Irish are now favored by 5-and-a-half.

This is an extremely dangerous game for gamblers.  You have Book coming off a big game against a lousy Wake team, facing the best defense he has played so far. You have a KJ Costello who had a brilliant road performance in arguably a tougher place to play than South Bend.  But then you have the potential for Stanford having a let-down after such a big win in a non-conference road game.  Of course, the flip to this is Stanford could be super confident and feel they are a team of playoff destiny if they knock off ND.

I wouldn't bet this game if my life depended on it.

you're probably right.  i'm not touchin' this one.  i made $10,000 bets when i lived in Nevada, and i basically broke even.

there are some bets that you just wanna stay the hell away from.
