On a related note, Shaw seems particularly annoyed by Tom Fitzgerald at each press conference, and he doesn’t even try to hide it.

last season (may be one prior), I recall Fitzgerald asking a few non-softball questions and Shaw demurred.  Fitzgerald asked them again, and Shaw went after Fitzgerald while still not answering the questions.  the relationship has not appreciably improved since that exchange.
