USC has no president ATM. They actually do have serious financial issues throughout the entire University. It is not clear they have the money, and it is also even less clear that the rest of the University would sit still for spending money to make a coach go away while the rest of the University is undergoing serious cuts. I get it that getting rid of the coach may increase their total income, but it would be a hard sell to the people getting squeezed already.
