If Costello declares for the draft, I don't see Stanford having a winning season next year.
Biggest decision that no one is talking about.
More or less a random guess, but maybe he'd go in the third round in 2019?
In 2017, 10 qbs were drafted, including four in rounds one and two: Trubisky, Mahomes, Watson and Kizer.
In 2018, 13 qbs were drafted, including five in round one (none in round two): Mayfield, Darnold, Allen, Rosen and Jackson.
This is a list of QBs getting some hype from SI recently:

Herbert, Oregon
Drew Lock, Missouri
Will Grier, West Va.
Dwayne Haskins, Ohio State
Ryan Finley, NC State
Clayton Thorson, Northwestern
Jarrett Stidham, Auburn
Tyree Jackson, Buffalo
Brett Rypien, Boise State
Daniel Jones, Duke
I am by no means an expert, but I think it's reasonable that KJ would be graded higher than maybe half of these guys?
