A big time loss by Oregon

Michigan State looked very good.  Oregon's defense did not.   Ionescu had 29 points including 5/7 from three, and Boley had 24 including 6/12 from three, and they lost.

Oregon is still scary with two players shooting better than the splash brothers.  But on the flip side, Ruthy looked human and Ionescu fouled out--with a short bench that spells trouble.

Looking ahead, Tennessee is undefeated and Buffalo looks like another Gonzaga.  We have three doozies in a row.

If we can't beat Buffalo, that is a very bad sign.  Often the team comes out of the finals break better, albeit a tad rusty in the first game.  We shall see if that holds this season.
