Mills should be healthy this spring per Shaw.
Richardson played several games including the one snap yesterday.  
Costello came close to setting a record this year.  Yes a great season, so great he is considering declaring for the draft.  

No 2019 QB, one in 2020 who is on a mission.

Mills was supposedly healthy when we put him in against UC Davis. It took him, what, four or five plays to get re-injured. (I wish I could be more optimistic about him, but it's tough).
Didn't realize that Costello was considering the draft.
If he goes, maybe Phogge's 3-9 prediction isn't as silly as I thought it was.
