I think we will get good production at WR from the group of St. Brown, Wedington, M. Wilson, Stewart, and Fehoko, along with incoming freshmen Higgins, Bowman, and Graham.

I think so as well, or at least that we should get good production from this group. 

However, St. Brown in particular seems to have different skills than JJAW and Irwin. The pass game will have to adjust for that - or someone like Fehoko will have to have a breakout. 

[And my other post was mainly noting that a large yds/catch on few catches is as likely to reflect randomness to the high side as much as potential for the next year.  e.g. in 2017 Scarlett averaged 29.0 yds/catch on six catches leading to 2018 where he averaged 11 yds on 10 receptions.]
