To me it feels like more of the first one - we can't tell if Dawkins is better YET because his 2 top scorers were recruited by his predecessor, and after Tacko Fall graduates we'll get a better sense of the answer. But it seems like he's developed Fall well, and his predecessor's recruits have fit his system.
