The end of this season has been truly discouraging. I am hoping that Muir, who came to us billed as a basketball guy, has a close knowledge of what's going on. Although I think a coach deserves a few years with his own players, which Haase has not yet had, I also think he has to be making reasonable progress even if it is not reflected yet in the won/loss column. I expect Muir to be evaluating that. I also expect his assessment to be based on a lot more than what the casual fan (e.g. me) can know.
