If these were in fact Sheffield's primary motivations, I'd say he was justified in feeling them. I've heard rumblings that there was tension between him and the coaching staff regarding practice effort and things of that nature but the bottom line is that we were a better team when he was on the court and he wasn't on the court nearly enough.
