The Cardinal fan sitting next to me started swearing and stormed out after the conversion was intercepted.  I looked at him and said "don't leave...you never know".   He responded "of course I know" and left. 

I fear it was the latter fan who seems to have based their prediction most on what Stanford had been doing for the years prior to that point.
