<p>Only real surprise for me was Hattis over Powell at guard, simply given that Hattis has never played at guard and Powell started there last year more than once.</p><p><br></p><p>Shaw tends to value and reward seniority, so I am less surprised that Pryts gets the nod. In fact, I had him listed as the starter most of the off-season. I don't think he will remain the starter. But I am glad that Pryts gets some small reward for switching positions.</p><p><br></p><p>I am also not surprised that Williamson gets the start over Stuart Head. They didn't switch Williamson to play less than he did last year, which was a lot (including a start).</p><p><br></p><p>-m.</p>
