Outsider fan should be happy. Most of Costello’s throws are coming off play action. The problem is I don’t think he’s good at selling the action. It’s sort of a pro form fake hand off and nobody is fooled.

Defense is holding up well.

Probably a bit of wishful thinking on my part and lots of people in the concourse due to the heat, but stands are closer to empty than “decent attendance”.

I am extrapolating (perhaps stupidly) from the fact that at least 7 STHs from our tailgate (including me) are out of town and won't be attending. I was expecting a dismal turnout. Hope you're right and I'm wrong.
