Wow. We've looked good in exactly one game this year, and all the sycophants long-time fans race back to get excited on the board to declare how great everything is a terrific team effort overcoming a lot of adversity along the way.

Fixed for you. No one on this board is "a person who acts obsequiously toward someone important in order to gain advantage." No one raced back - we've all been here the whole time.

After 4 rough weeks in which to be a Stanford football fan, last night was genuinely gratifying to see. I think it'd be far sadder if fans weren't getting excited about it. I don't know why we can't be allowed 12 hours of satisfaction. And I don't think there's one fan on this board who'd deny that serious concerns remain. Still, a win over a top 20 team is a win over a top 20 team.
