I really don't know which QB is "the best". I don't think any of us fans have enough data to know. Maybe the coaching staff does have a definite opinion, which they won't share with us unless and until they have to. It may just be that the team plays better for one QB than the other. Recency bias and a big upset win does carry weight, but are not the whole story.
