Well, I got a better stream in the second than the first, and I disagree with the take--the three point shots were typically though not always the result of moving the zone around, followed by an in-rhythm three point attempt. The shots were just missed. One sequence that was particularly memorable was--Randle misses an open corner three; offensive rebound, passes; Gage misses an open corner three; offensive missed rebound, missed two. Open corner threes are like the second-best shot in basketball; missing two--particularly when two accomplished shooters are taking them--is unfortunate. Sometimes the shots don't fall, offensively speaking.
I blame Dawkins for his poor use of timeouts and odd lineup management. At some point he really has to give up on Zimmerman and Mann. They just aren't good.
