So if they are overreacting to the loss of their highly-successful recruiting coordinator are we underreacting to the loss of ours?

Bares are probably overreacting to theirs; our reaction is probably about right.

Leaving aside my personal distaste for Polian's poor coaching, the recruiting angle was supposedly pretty good. Nevertheless Lance Anderson has been the recruiting coordinator before--he's currently listed as "admissions liaison"--and I'm sure he's stepped right in in the present and can do a fine job in the future.

The key difference between the two is that nearly every top kal recruit gushed about Lupoi; not too many of our recruits  seem to have such a relationship with our assistant coaches.
