So much will depend upon how fast the defense of Jones, Belibi, Jump, and Prechtel develop. If any of them become solid defenders so that they can play long minutes then we could go quite far.
We will have so much offense on this team that we may not need much offensive output from the 5. Dodson has been a good defender, and Fingall as well. In the Princeton we need the 5 to stand at the elbow and be an excellent ball distributor, and take the easy shots if they come her way. And swirling around that person in a series of cuts and moves we could have Jones, Lexie, Carrington, and Williams. Not a bad crowd to be in the middle of!
I think Tara is mostly concerned at this point about defense. Who will we use to stop the Ruthy Hebards on our schedule? Which of our bigs can be that distributor on offense and at the same time be agile enough and tall enough to shut down the best posts we will encounter without always having to double?
