I'm no doctor but I did see the game on tv. Sure looked like a non throwing shoulder injury to me. According to Pappadopododoplous (i think), it was the same shoulder he hurt earlier in the season.,
The Cal boards are saying it was the other shoulder. He actually broke his right clavicle earlier in the year. FWIW https://www.sfchronicle.com/collegesport...841213.php says he injured his left shoulder this time. I am not sure this is accurate. He wasn't in a sling or anything on the sideline after the injury. That seems strange if it was his shoulder.
