I believe there's a minumum number of games to be recognized for all league.  Plummer just short.  Same with All American.

From the Stanford release: Stanford senior Kathryn Plummer, a two-time Pac-12 Player of the Year (2017, 2018), was not eligible for postseason Pac-12 awards due to not meeting the minimum conference matches played requirement (2/3).

It's all good.   I think everyone in the WVB community knows she is a force.   The rest for recovery was well deserved.   And the #3 overall seed suggests there was very little upside to forcing her to play rather than find time to rest and recover.   Now in December I am sure the team would prefer Kathryn near 100% rather than Kathryn <<100%, but the three-time Pac-12 POY.
