There should be no surprise here. He was not going to beat out Mills. I suspect he was told Mills is number one. He is not NFL ready. Transferring is an obvious move. 3 of the 4 QB’s in the NCS are transfers. It’s happening all over. Only one QB plays. If you have graduated, are not NFL ready and are not going to start, you transfer.
