the transfer portal currently shows 58 QBs (and more will probably enter as last year showed 123 QBs)
of the 58, it indicates 14 have a transfer destination and 3 are staying at their school, not sure how accurate those numbers are
there are 130 FBS teams and if they average 3 QBs/team who have either eligibility remaining or who could graduate transfer then that is ~15% of FBS QBs in the portal, if they average 4 QBs/team then ~11% of FBS QBs
if the number rises to last year's 123 then that would become ~32% (3 QBs/team) or ~24% (4 QBs/team)
