How many of you 40 year decision folks live in Atherton, Menlo and Play. How is the property crime down there?

I live in Palo Alto and love it here. It still feels clean and safe, though reading the newspaper tells me there is property crime. The worst I've experienced personally is someone stealing an Amazon package off my front porch. It contained one $8 box of my favorite tea, so no great loss.
