I mean, I'm definitely overweight but my doctor has never given me crap about it because my BP is closer to low than to high and a I bike for an hour a day (at least normally). So at least Kaiser takes that view.
Personally I'd like to get the beer gut a bit smaller, but I'm not focused on a BMI or anything.
