They cheat because they made a tie for #10 in order to include 11 games.
They also messed up that tie because they list "K.J. Costello vs. No. 9 Notre Dame - November 7, 2013"
I think they meant Costello vs und on November 25, 2017.
They do list the Mills 504 yards.
They also list 3 Costello games along with only 3 Hogan games.
Among those I wouldn't have included:
#6 Luck vs und 2011
#5 Costello at UCLA 2018
and maybe not
#10 (tie) Costello vs und 2017 (if that is the right game)
#7 Hogan vs Iowa 2016 Rose Bowl.
(It was a great game for sure, but not in particular a QB game.)
