If Stanford were to limit football attendance to season ticket holders, that might allow for adequate distancing.
You might have a seat assignment issue though. Some paying $2000 for seat donations would need to fall in love with the 30 yard line. Some paying $500 for 25 yard line seats would need to accept end zone seats.
I guess that could be a net good as it might reduce occupancy a touch.
Have to say, if I was a student I am not sure I would sit in the stands. I guess if they allowed each dorm to sit together that could be viable.
Thanks to Stanford's relatively weak attendance for most football games it should be easier for Stanford than other schools across the country.
