NCAA noted very early that in person classes would be required to be able to have sports.
If it is too risky for students to attend classes, their primary reason to attend school, then it would be unacceptable to attend practices and games.
The whole NCAA fall effort is likely just waiting for the next formal meeting for a vote at this stage.
The California schools now going the hybrid route will be enough to stop the NCAA even is other major states were OK. And they aren’t OK FWIW.
