Wow that's awesome!  When's the last time we had back to back classes with a 5 star recruit in men's basketball?

Using 247Sports rankings, Stanford has only ever signed 4 5* recruits - Ziare Williams, Harrison Ingram and the Lopi.



Sure hope that Silva or O'Connell proves to be the missing link - an elite PG. We saw the impact with Tyrell Terry last season. Imagine someone with Terry's skills playing with guys like Williams or Ingram.

I believe on Scout or Rivals, both Lopez Twins were 5 star recruits, but I don't think the classes before or after had a 5 star.

247Sports rankings begin in 2003, just past the time of Childress, Jacobsen and Jarron and Jason Collins.

Those four were all McDonald All Americans, I figure that would put them in the 5 star bracket.
