This speaks volumes about U.S.C.  I get the value of recruits enrolling early to the program (especially ones on punishment for breaking NCAA rules), but unless the kid really wants to forego his last semester of high school, who the hell is U.S.C. or any other school to tell a kid he can't?

Nobody deserves to have these kinds of power plays pulled on them until they are at least 18 years old.
