I think Mills would shine at tOSU. He has at least average mobility, and I think he would thrive in any kind of offense (other than those expecting QB runs 5-10 times/game.
But I hope he stays here.
tOSU has seven QBs on their roster, in addition to Fields they have a grad transfer (from Kentucky), two frosh (one a 5 star and #2 pro style QB recruit, the other a 4 star and #14 pro style QB recruit), two sophomores (one a transfer from Texas A&M and one a preferred walk-on), and a junior.
