I can only speak about Marin and mostly West Marin. Masks are everywhere, few are not cooperating. Occasionally a tourist family will be seen on Main Street in Point Reyes w/o masks and people will cross Highway One to avoid them. Over the Hill in peacock country hardly anyone is maskless.

I can't speak for Bolinas which is really not part of the United States.
