my guess is we'd be closer to 9th in the Pac-12 in assistant's pay as opposed to 3rd. 3rd in Pac is $4.3m/10 ($430,000 per coach). I'd guess again that figure would be close to our highest paid assistant coach with the lowest in the $150,000 range.

I was left to guessing. If we're ninth in pay, we are the brobdingnagian outlier in the conference. Otherwise, win-loss records and assistant pay, adjusted for cost of living, correlate very closely.
