Agree on the best guy.Â My understanding is that Harbaugh instituted a culture of mad competition for playing time, and that Shaw is continuing it.Â

The theory of playing the younger guys very much appeals to me as well from a planning standpoint, but I think it undercuts the overall theme of competition and earned playing time which is more important.
