My point is that we need more guys to develop into impact players before we can expect to win championships.  On the average, our recruits have more ground to make up coming in than Alabama's recruits.  I'm sure the Tide has quite a few top rated recruits that don't pan out, but they can afford some misses when they have so many 4 and 5 star guys coming in each year.

Emphatically agreed, and a reason there is so much concern about the incoming recruiting class (and lack of development by plenty of older players on the team). Fewer bites at the "elite recruit" apple.

If you want to argue every point on this board, that's fine.  Fehoko did not set the record for receiving yards per reception last season.  His 2019 mark of 23.6 ypr is 5th all-time in the Pac-12.

It was not the Pac-12 40+ years ago. He has the Pac-12 record.
