Whoa, that is a pretty big disparity.  You never know how seriously each guy took the test, and very hard to draw any conclusions based on a 50 question test.  With that said, RG3 seemed to take every competition very seriously and I can't imagine him tanking his Wonderlic.  Below is how the Wonderlic maps to other professions, per Wikipedia.  The average football player is around 20.
