I don't know whether this is a good or a bad decision for Mills.
But decisions like this, in which the professional and business interests of the players are increasingly prominent in the game, leave me cold. I enjoyed college sports more when I could become attached to certain players. Without that, the magic of the game is lost.

I too wish h'ed stayed, but that's just to provide entertainment and excitement for ME. He's been on the farm for four years, is 22, and ready to graduate. I am sure Shaw gave him good advice, both pros and cons. He effortlessly throws a beautiful, catchable ball and is mobile enuf if he doesn't get injured. He would have shown all that even more next year, but 90% of draft choices are based on potential. And, he has tremendous potential. Hopefully, he goes to a team that has a good scheme for him and won't get him killed like Plunkett. I think he goes in first 3 rounds. No big rookie K but plenty of coin down the road if he's as good as I think he is.
Re next year, Shaw will have to play McKee. And, he is going to be really good.
Concur. Size, mobility, rocket-launcher arm and speed. Maybe the best raw talent since Luck, Mills not withstanding.
Life is too short to waste on crap football.
