No. I don't have any inside information but it seems pretty clear that he has the program headed in the right direction, even if progress is slower than many of us (myself included) would like. He's a Hell of a recruiter, seems to know how to coach but things haven't totally fallen into place yet. I'm still optimistic about the future of the program.
Can't help wondering how much longer Hasse is going to get a pass for having mediocre teams,
I hate to make what could be perceived as excuses, but he and we got really screwed when Terry decided to jump for the pros after one season. I don't think any of us thought he'd leave before graduating, much less after one year. Things would look different this year if he had stayed. Losing Deajon for a month (and having back at less than a 100%) and having Wills out for weeks has also been, to quote Mike Montgomery, "a tough deal."
