Dodson finds a home
Well, a home at Notre Dame, but it now appears that being able to play close to her family home was not a factor

This is all a moving target. After U Conn and NC St both lost last week, Creme tweeted that the impact on the bracketology was that UConn remained a 1 but NC State dropped to a 2, and Stanford moved up to a 1. I think that what happened in Creme's calculation was that after NC State beat Louisville yesterday, he had to move NC State back up to a 1, so he dropped Stanford back to a 2 -- with Louisville remaining a 1.
It's interesting that Louisville remains a 1. Yes, their loss was to the then #4 team, so that's not bad, but not only did they lose big, they don't have a single win against a top 10 team. Their best wins are against then #20 DePaul and then #23 Syracuse. As for UConn, their best wins are 2 over DePaul (when #20 and #17) and #25 Tennessee, a game that was close (67-61). And they lost to #19 Arkansas. Now, compare that to Stanford, with wins over 3 top 10 (or were in top 10 at the time) teams -- Arizona, Oregon, UCLA. And a loss to then #5. I agree with the comment that the loss to Colorado is really influencing how people see Stanford.
I, for one, think that the Card has been really tested by the forever road trip and it's affected their play. That comment by Tara that they couldn't practice much is really telling. I'm hoping we see a transformed team once they've had some time back at Maples -- won't be right away, but I think it's a real possibility. And then watch out!
