I am frankly baffled as to what happened this year. For a while we were playing well despite no home gym and COVID-19 to worry about. We had some injuries and things looked bleak, but the team played pretty well and got through it. The fans were expecting great things when we got our missing starters back. When we did, the wheels came off. What had appeared to be a team that was united became a mess. It may well be there were issues all along that I (and probably most fans) didn't know about, but it wasn't obvious and they played through it. I hope we get to find out what happened, but I fear that won't happen. Keeping dirty laundry inside the program is a "normal" approach, but this melt down is so serious I think that won't fly.
