I suppose Bobbbbb knows why Williams quit. Until it comes out it's simple... he's a quitter.

I'd guess, if he's turning pro, likely nothing he does in the last couple games (especially given his role/play lately) would help his stock.  Might as well start prepping early like the football players now do.

If Williams is a lock for first-round money, why would he risk injury in the last games of his college career?  This is the CMac Sun Bowl issue all over again.  Do we fault players with promising pro futures for looking ahead?  What if Bryce Love had been drafted highly after his Voldemort run instead of coming back to Stanford and suffering from injuries behind an injured OL?
