I think Bowlsby pulled a Barbour when he extended Dawkins' contract a couple of years ago. In fact, it's worse because Dawkins hadn't even had a winning season. Fortunately, the contract probably won't be burdensome to pick up next year, and the new AD will have no qualms about dropping him and getting his own guy in there.
