I think this isn't just about inequality. If the women's facilities and services were "good" but were not "equal" (however that is measured) to the men's it would be improper. What we have here is much worse. The women's support and services are totally inadequate. They are actively "bad", and there is no excuse for that. It appears the organizers did worse than a half-ass job of organizing the tournament, and there is no excuse for that. It needs to get fixed RTFN and some heads need to roll. Probably won't happen though.
