Just sucks - Especially in an age where we know more about the impact of concussions and CTE.  Is the Players union asleep at the wheel?  Why would a player like Andrew Luck continue to play in the NFL .... Oh, nevermind.

Fortunately, we live in a country where no one is required to play NFL football, even those who go to college on a football scholarship.  They can get their degrees, hang up the cleats, go to work in any number of other jobs with virtually no risk of concussions or CTE, and choose not to pursue the opportunity to make millions of dollars playing professional football.  Totally their choice.
