Since 2016 there have been 8, and the Pac-12 teams that were not a terrible Oregon State won all of them. A few big upsets/spread beats took place as well:

There are no such games this year.
Also, a fun tidbit: Wazzu and Utah did not play a single P5 OOC game in this entire time span and are continuing not to do so this year. Arizona's only one was the Texas Tech game above, and they are also not playing a P5 OOC game this year. Why should they?
