NC State doesn't even get a chance to play again. This is an embarrassment. Vanderbilt moves on by forfeit.

The embarrassment is a net good for society and for college and pro sports IMHO.

I suspect many pro and college teams will talk about this situation.   For a sports team the decision by individuals to become anti-vaxxers could destroy a post season run.  Agents right now are likely calling their late round draft picks or UDFAs to get vaccinated ASAP.

The rates of vaccination in the South remain quite low, so an event like this might get a few more people to finally decide to protect their communities, businesses, teams, oh and...their life.

Arghhhh - can we not talk about that 9th inning for awhile?  AFAIC, to paraphrase the Commodores, that ship has sailed on.... ;-)
