Hope he has a better career than Slater.

Slater is a major leaguer, which is better than about 90% of players who enter the minors, let alone people who pick up a glove and ball.  Yes, I hope that all our guys have a long and fulfilling major league career filled with All Star selections and World Series Championships, but even making it to the Major Leagues is a tremendous accomplishment.
